The Rural Teachers Support Network (RTSN) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of education in rural Uganda through our innovative Exchange Program. This initiative aims to build bridges between educators from different cultural and educational backgrounds, fostering professional growth and intercultural understanding.

 

Program Highlights

Teacher Exchange

Our Teacher Exchange program allows educators from Uganda and partner countries to immerse themselves in new teaching environments. Participants have the opportunity to:

• Observe and implement diverse teaching methods: Learn and apply innovative teaching techniques from different education systems.
• Share best practices: Exchange knowledge and strategies with peers to improve classroom management and instructional delivery.

Student Exchange

In addition to teachers, our program also supports student exchanges. These exchanges are designed to:
